I can no longer create anything because of the new credit system changes. Before I was guaranteed presentations per month, and credits for the generation of ai material now everything is doing its own arguments and credit spends making a simple 10 page presentation to represent my data turned into a 2000 credit presentation using my entire credits up. I also lost all previous work and presentation from prior to credit change. That means on the back-end you moved us to a new instance not that App Sumo tiers updated because they always match your monthly subscriptions. You can't intentionally sell a product then flip it upside down because you can't seem to gain new subscribers. So charge flip you lifetime purchasers upside down to force credit purchases. You already expire our credits every month instead of rolling over... DISAPPOINTED

I purchased AIPPT to build presentation decks for a community workshop on AI-assisted job searching. I tested it with multiple detailed prompts — the same prompts I used successfully in Canva AI, NotebookLM, and Claude. The results were unusable every time.

Every deck came back with "YOUR LOGO" still in the template. Titles ran together without line breaks. Key text was invisible due to low contrast. Images were generic stock photos that had nothing to do with my content — including a robot arm pointing at a padlock for a presentation about job searching. One contents slide rendered "02" broken across two lines.

The tool appears to generate a generic template and drop in paraphrased versions of your prompt text with no real understanding of presentation structure, audience, or visual hierarchy. It cannot handle a detailed brief.

I compared it directly against Canva AI, NotebookLM, and Claude. All three produced better results. That's not a high bar — it's a failing grade.

Requesting a refund. Would not recommend.

Its easy to edit from and is pretty user friendly even for non tech savvy people.
The pictures when you try to automate a presentation come out exactly the same for every single slide sometimes, so now i got to go back and reeddit each one.
Still getting used to it and deciding if im going to refund but I think its pretty good especially for the price, though i hear of things such as terms of deals changing, not sure if those are rumors but should be addressed by founder here so people reading can decide for themselves and hear both sides of the story.

Onboarding was fast and easy, so that's good. Unfortunately, pulling data from a URL didn't work and each of the first 4 image models I selected prompted me to upgrade. This one isn't for me, but I wish the creative team luck!

You changed the deal terms, not for the good of the customers, but for the bad, in terms that previously we could create 40 presentations per day. That was pretty cool. Right now, each presentation costs about 20 credits. It's a big difference. Previously we had around 2,000 credits, but now we have just 1,200 credits. It's a big difference. I see a detrimental effect on the benefits. Thank you.
