A: Hi,
Yes, you can replace team members whenever you need to, even monthly. Each team member seat on your account can be reused at any time. When you remove a team member, their account and all associated data are permanently deleted and the seat becomes available immediately for you to invite someone new.

Hi there please more info about the upscaler can I drag a folder of images (10 or such) press one button to upload and upscale and then one button to download the whole folder zipped?
If not, its essential to have that please!

A: Hi,
At the moment, the upscaler doesn’t support uploading an entire folder or downloading the results as a single zipped file. You would need to upload and upscale images individually.
That said, this is a very useful suggestion and we have noted it. We will look into the possibility of adding bulk upload and bulk download support in a future update
