I'm considering purchasing this deal, but I've noticed a pattern where some previous AppSumo deals have had their terms changed after purchase—sometimes resulting in reduced features or benefits for lifetime deal holders compared to new subscription plans.
Could AppSumo and the partner clarify:
How will you ensure that lifetime deal purchasers will continue to receive all the features and updates promised at the time of sale, especially if the plan names or structures change in the future? What guarantees are in place to prevent retroactive changes that might downgrade or restrict LTD users compared to new customers? Will you provide public clarification on the product page about how AppSumo enforces lifetime deal terms for both current and future SaaS launches?
A: Don’t count US in the other garbage AppSumo deals. Lol. We be here for as long as we can and have a terrific track record. Even going to launch our own marketplace to help and guarantee customers like you that we will vibe code a replacement of products that get heavy hearted. Good to hear from you! ;)
Do the AppSumo terms you signed obligate you to include any new features for buyers like me? or is it up to you? Thats my issue now. Seems to be an unknown, which is why i am asking? I think appsumo maybe broken?
Q: Unified inbox
Are there any elements of a unified inbox? For example, shared email alias - hello@domain.com that has multiple gmail (google workspace) users sending and receiving with it.
A: Hey Cameron! In our case you can connect emails and then all messages incoming will be together in one single inbox. That’s how it works. So all emails that are sent to that email account (I’m guessing including aliases) would end up there
A: Hey there Ren! You can right now add their emails and reply as them so that’s pretty close. For true white label we will have that piece of the white label portal done soon
Q: We've done the steps but still on T4...
We've completed https://form.airfive.com months ago, yet we login and still at the basic T4 level.
Where/how do we get the upgrades done?
