Q: Chat Bubble On Website

Hey there. We would be moving from Re:Amaze, and their tool comes with a chat bubble that we can place on our website - it's not that we do live chat support (although I'm sure that would be possible with Ai via airfive) but more just for people to contact us instead of sending an email. Is that a feature that airfive has and if so when will it be released? It would obviously need to be customisable to the brand colours of the site.

A: ya know....we could add a chat bubble form that could send an email; thats interesting for sure. I love your thought process on this for sure, Karlsson!! you could also do this with a form builder too, then through our automations could set up that workflow to go from that bubble form ("chat" bubble) and then send an email that would get replied to ;) good question!

That would be great, since Intercom—one of the alternatives you list—already offers a chat bubble feature. How long might it take to launch something like that?

Also, given you are heavy on Ai it would be good to have the option for real-time AI chat with customers, with automatic escalation to a human agent if needed? What would the timeline be on both do you think?
