Q: Mail message move after reply

Hi,
could it be configured, that an answered mail message will be moved to a mail subfolder of my Zoho mail system e.g. customer_questions or do I have to do that move manually?

A: Oooooo that I don’t think we have a setting for atm. But possible in the future for sure
