Q: The Value Prop Sounds GREAT. But ...
How is AirFive different than other emailing platforms on Appsumo? I see the AirFive Ai assistant, but that's only in their 5 pricing. So ... why use this, if not for the Ai support system, in the lower tiers?
So, please share the value prop and uniqueness of lower tiers.

And I really appreciate that! yeah to start; I remember seeing a customer support platform launch on here and it seemed cool, but it didn’t have email support!! As I was like cmon how can you launch a support platform without email. How about only email…that’s when I started searching and couldn’t find anything that I Could easily connect my email train it with my help docs and then have it automatically respond. I searched on here and couldn’t find anything that was simple and did that specific thing. Lol. So we decided to do it and launch it to the lazies. And you know…the lazies and a bunch of appsumolings. And you get that on the lowest tier ;)
Ok, maybe i need to go watch more videos or read more of the docs ... cause, how are the msgs "automated" on the lower tiers ... if the Ai agent that does the answering ... is only on the highest tier? Are lower tiers just "Pre-Made Response Templates" & workflows? (Acumba%$# & Enchan&^% on Appsumo) That's what I. asking, if I wasn't clear, and still am?
The ai agent doesn’t do the answering. The platform itself does the answering. It’s the most basis c of the features so you’re good to go there. Try it out. If you’re on tier 3 or so you’ll be in good shape. Write in if you need help training or something. You’ll see how it works. ;)
