I'm a "quiet lurker" in the Lazy community - but I'm there. That's how I knew airfive was coming in for landing April 30th. I had it in my calendar and went full-stack before there were any questions or reviews, emails or even posts in the community... and I'm not sorry I did.

Yes, I have TaskMagic, and Mailead... still evaluating LazyLeadz.

But airfive... I recently launched a niche marketplace for physical products, and I knew eventually I'd have to do something better than an email form for vendors to be flooded with repeat questions.

airfive to the rescue! Not only will the marketplace (platform) support be easier to manage for us, but I'll be able to help vendors free up their own time while still offering the stellar support a small business needs to build a solid reputation and instill confidence in their newfound customers.

Have there been hiccups? Sure. I got a laugh when the welcome sequence was clearly a clone from their other tool (Mailead content included!) and replying to that email to tip them off, went to an email that bounced back. Oops!

If that's the biggest "complaint" I have with this tool...
