Don't bother, this is a waste of money. Pixieset is the way better option.
I was really hoping this could replace pixieset or smugmug so I can have a great online store and all in one presence for my landscape photography without monthly payments. But the limit is 10mb max to upload which is a joke to photographers who want to sell high quality prints. I didn't know this until after purchasing. As a landscape photographer you have to sell high quality prints with large files for the printer to get the best quality. I was really unsettled when I realized you couldn't upload large files then the files you upload to the site are the ones they use to print off for your store. So instead of having high quality prints with the proper file size, you have to upload web quality resolution and that's the file they print off, YUCK! So your customers will be buying photos that are ugly and pixilated and not the original quality making you look cheap. This is unusable for professional photographers and scam to the photo community. There is no guarantee or control of the quality you want printed.
The fact they advertise it for landscape photography (Yosemite National Park) but won't let you upload actual high resolution definitely made me lose trust in the program and felt like it was underdeveloped and unusable. Glad I got it at a deal and didn't cancel my pixieset. If you're looking for a good photo all in one business suite I recommend pixieset to anyone.

No support and bugs
there are many bugs. support does not answer. also strange: a lifetime licence is offered here. if i enter my two codes as described on the stripe payment page, it only says 12 months free use. When I ask support which is correct, lifetime or 12 months, they don't reply either. The password function to protect galleries does not work 100%.

Good... But really should be great
I love Airloupe in so many ways but it also has so many broken features such as the store/cart and favoriting system. The biggest disappointment is the support from the team... Which is non-existent when you try and reach out to them

I really Tried....
There are no instructions or support pages. The cart doesn't work. It dosen't add uploaded Watermarks.... It's just abandonware with a great front facing GUI. :-(

Highly recommended.
Airloupe exceeded my expectations. In addition to its generous space and affordable price, it presents a viable alternative to the popular expensive ones in its category. Although a bit minimalistic, it serves my purpose well, as I use it as a catalogue and gallery for clients' pictures.
The only challenge I had was setting up a custom domain, which was an issue from my DNS provider's end, but Airloupe's support team assisted and helped resolve it.
