Mixed Experience with AISEO ART: Decent Output but Stalled Development
I've been using AISEO ART off and on for about a year now to see if it could enhance my creative projects. My experience has been mixed. Here are the key points from my review:
Good Point - Decent Generations: The images generated using the standard Stable Diffusion model are quite decent. They do a fair job of interpreting text prompts.
Bad Points - Lack of Development: The platform seems to have stalled in terms of development. There haven't been any significant updates or new features added recently.
- Outdated Models: Most of the models available on the platform are outdated, and several of them don't work properly. This limits the utility and variety of the art you can create.
Overall, while the AISEO ART shows potential with its decent image generation capabilities, the lack of ongoing development and outdated models make it hard to recommend. I hope the developers will address these issues soon to improve the overall experience.
The app does a good job and the results are pretty solid. However, some of the tools not functioning properly. Specifically, the headshot tool has been out of commission for quite a while now. Also, don’t expect a reply from their support team.
I would like to give 5 stars because technically speaking, it is an excellent program!, but.... the support does not respond to chat messages. I still have a question from July, the 5th that remains unanswered. If the chat module doesn’t work, please take it down from the website and give me as a customer an easy way to get in touch with you. I would also like to subscribe, but if I am being ignored as an Appsumo customer, I will think twice about it.

Truly sad that I have to write this - but this deal is a scam! I have tried to get support or a refund for the last two months.
The seller is a ghost after the sale. No customer service, no answers to support service requests for AISEO or AISEO Art. You can send emails, chat on his product websites, or engage Appsumo Support to contact the seller, and he still does not answer or reply to support requests.
If you have a technical problem with his product or the limits are less than what you paid for, forget it; he will not reply to any support requests. And if you pass the 60-day refund period, you have lost your money.
I still wonder why AppSumo let the product be on the platform.
