Great AirTable Alternative

Purchased 1 code to test then full-stacked a few hours later.

From a database standpoint (which is what I primarily use AirTable for) it's a great alternative without the heavy costs. I've migrated my team's insurance leads database over and integrated via Zapier with no issues. Importing was simple but I did have to go and update all fields to match the content (ie email, phone number, single-line text, etc). I'll be trying out the ActivePieces integration probably tomorrow.

Math isn't as straight-forward and I have a pending ticket communicated with AiTable and waiting on a response that's been about 24 hours or so now. I have a not too complicated formula for my agent's commissions (Premium * 0.07) + (Fee * 0.3). I converted the dynamic fields to match with AiTable and tried updating using their docs but still get an error. Not a deal breaker as I could split the formulas into multiple columns but that's not really the point. I submitted my info through the Ai Customer Support chatbot and did not receive a confirmation email.

It needs more templates but I'm sure that will come as the product matures. I used a Digital Asset Management template from AirTable and imported with no issues. I searched their documentation to see if it was possible to create the DAM sheet using Ai but that doesn't look possible (would be a cool feature though).

I haven't gotten to test the CRM, Ai Agent Bot, or native automations as of yet since they don't really match up with my needs but I'll test and if viable will start using those features.

Going from 1 code to full stacking 5 codes the number of spaces available remained at 10. Not sure why that is but seems like for a full stack we should at least get 50. I have multiple businesses that require multiple spaces and having an increased limit seems logical.

Overall it's a great product with a great UI. Lose a star for 24-hour wait on support via the chatbot and for the spaces not increasing on a full stack. I'll gladly update my review to 5-stars if those issues are addressed.
