It's promising
I've used it to generate, approximately, 80% of a book, and I'm happy with the result so far. It makes some mistakes, like when you try to regenerate a portion near the end (e.g. a bullet point summary of the chapter) it doesn't remove the old part, but it appends text instead. It's easy to spot and easy to correct as well.
I'm happy with the rewriting suggestions it offers as well. It gives you three options, and you can choose the avenue you prefer. If none of those are to your liking, you can just manually adapt whatever you choose.
Overall, it looks like a good product; I'll keep using it and see how far I can take it.
As a note: I've always used the "Claude" option to generate my chapters.

Oct 15, 2026Thank you, geekeo, and congratulations on getting 80% of the book written. The bug you found, where regenerating a part near the end of a chapter (like the bullet summary) adds new text instead of replacing the old part, is something we want to fix. If you send us the book and chapter name through the in-app chat (bottom right), we'll reproduce it on your exact chapter. Glad the three rewrite options work the way you like.
I hope it helps!
