Worked a charm for AIWriteBook!
I never used AppSumo before, so I was naturally skeptical about buying a subscription for $100's. The provider, AIWriteBook, accepted the key, and in my user profile it shows the license as being via AppSumo. This was re-assuring, as it delineated the license from other types (pay as you go, ...).
Zero issues, and the creator has spent a lot of time with my simple issues, signalling that support was likely no different than any other licensing agreement.
note: Be assured that my 'incentive' was nowhere near what it would need to be for me to fabricate in this review. I waited a week or so before submitting this review, doing it primarily for people like me that hadn't used AppSumo before, to allay their skepticism.

Oct 7, 2026Hi Pat,
Thank you for writing this for people who have never bought on AppSumo before. That first purchase is a leap of faith, and hearing from someone who just made it helps more than anything we could say about ourselves.
And your questions were not simple. Keep sending them through the chat icon in the app, we answer those ourselves.
I hope it helps!
