Absolute nightmare! This is an Indian startup run by a woman, Sonya Malik, who disappeared from the scene last September. She doesn't reply on LinkedIn/FB, there's no support team (there never was), and upon checking their office details, the address turned out to be of an under-construction building.
Seems like a new kind of scam is going on at AppSumo and similar marketplaces, where shady companies trap users into buying shiny but crappy products, make quick money, and then vanish into thin air with all the business data and money. Who knows, they might even sell your business data too.
CRAZY how many of these tools just DISAPPEAR, and how we as buyers get taken for it. Sumo, what are you guys doing about this one? Looks like they made it just about a year beyond.
The platform disappeared with our accounting without any prior notice. Probably a new way to scam people with "lifetime" offer and then just disappear...
I was about to quit using Quickcrooks $$😉 and switch to Akounto. Unfortunately, the website is down, and I tried contacting the CEO, Soniya-Malik, but I haven’t received a response. I wish I had a warning before everything shut down, but even if I understand when a company doesn’t work well, it’s irresponsible and disrespectful to shut everything down without warning your clients.

Has been put out of its' misery. Website is down. Everything's down. now that this app has gone to hell, it's sae to say it wasn't worth it.
