When I try to integrate Google sheets to the tool, I get a message from Google saying that this app had not been validation. Thus I cannot integrate it. Have you got a timeline for this integration?
Sorry for the inconvenience. We are already connected to the Google Drive. The issue is that Google keeps updating its own system and we need to always be on top of that, which is hard to keep track of sometimes.
We are a SOC2 and ISO 27001 certified solution, so security is key for us and not a problem. Also we are GDPR compliant and a german business with our servers....
After using your tool, I was wondering if there were ways to communicate directy with the client through your platform : - through a direct live chat - and/or AI chatbot - and/or a dedicated space on the platform?
Also, can the customer actually write stuff on the platform directly, i.e. to update some lines in a table?
So far, you can communicate through comments on each section and on each step/action in the action plan. Does that help you to get the answer clarified?
Chat functionalities are also on the roadmap, but not a priority as of now!
And yes, customer can fully collaborate within the action plan and add content exactly how you would add...

I have never heard of superokay but checked out their website now. The main difference is probably that we are focusing a lot more on capturing data on the engagement on the buying side.
We are visualising this on a timeline to understand the buying journey more accurately. And are enhancing this with AI to analyse the data.

Superokay is great and all, but it still lacks an API, which is a bummer for me as I constantly jump between different apps. When I need to serve more than 2 clients at once, I need automation. I'm located in Germany & therefore try to use European / German tools that need to obey GDPR themselves. That's just 'cause I'm scared as hell to pay those absurd fines just because I used the wrong tool.
@Frederik_Along Thanks for answering! Hope you reappear on Appsumo some day as I like the concept of the whole “selling is hard but buying is even harder” approach. I'm in sales in a complex market with complex products for a little over 10y now and can confirm that decision-making & buying has become harder than ever. Although I missed your deal, I at least came away with a catchy new aphorism.
