Actually Pretty Surprised
Initially, I found the app quite annoying. There were so many windows popping up everywhere, and the AI kept trying to record my screen when I went to YouTube. Plus, most of the shortcuts conflicted with those I use in Ableton Live.
However, I’ve been using it more and more, fine-tuning the options I need and want. I’ve actually found the AI to be one of the most powerful and useful I’ve used in a while. Tasks I give it are done at almost 100% accuracy every time.
A few things I’d change:
1. When I give the AI a directory to work with, it goes through and asks for permissions for every subfolder and file. It’s a lot, and I’m not sure if this is a setting I need to adjust.
2. Workspaces should be in a buried directory, perhaps in the Documents or Username folder.
Other than that, I highly recommend this purchase.

1. We're doing updates to avoid workspaces to ask for these permissions, expect better behavior here.
2. Workspaces are living as real folders in the Alter Applications Support folder, you can access it by clicking the gear icon when in the hub and you selected a workspace to work with
For the other things, I believe you found how to change the Shortcuts by going into Settings > Shortcuts. The thing with Youtube is a weird one, while Alter is automatically fetching the Youtube transcript for you, recording your audio (we never record your screen) happens only when we detect a meeting.
