Q: Would it be possible to proceed with the purchase?
Due to an operational error on my end, I was unable to complete the purchase yesterday. Would it still be possible to proceed with the purchase today?

AppSumo tend to be very serious about the timelines of the ~90% discounted sales. (It's probably one of the reasons they work :)
So purchasing Alvanda from this page will not be possible until the next time they (with our consent of course) decide they want to do another discounted sales campaign.
At this point, we don't know when that will be, because we just finished this one....
Yes! We already released Webhooks (i.e. usable API endpoints) to all our functions AND Zapier integration. And now, after feedback from Sumolings, we started working on our Make.com integration. And after we're done with that, we'll add Pabbly!
A: Yep! And we plan on adding AI into EVERY part of Alvanda, including in the future the ability for Alvanda to create usable procedures FOR our users! And then, after getting usage data (of people actually following the procedure), that same AI can make IMPROVEMENT recommendations to those procedures! :)
Of course, there's still quite a bit to go for it to be THAT smart, but it's on our...
Q: If I need more than 30 users, should I stack up (e.g. buying 2 times Tier 4)?

Yes, what you can easily do is: 1. Buy as many Tier 4s as you need. 2. Activate each one with a different email. 3. Email support@alvanda.com from those email, and let us know which one account would you like us to transfer all of the seats to.
Of course, if you have any other questions, the Support Team will definitely help!
Hi, Where you have the options to set up procedures can you attach files or hyperlinks to the process as we have some videos on parts of procedures and it would be great to have them linked to certain steps in the process. Thanks John

That's a great question!
And yes! You can BOTH add links to videos directly into the guidance for any step of any procedure AND you can also directly embed videos into steps!
That way, your team can watch the video without even having to leave the page. :)
