A: Yep! And we plan on adding AI into EVERY part of Alvanda, including in the future the ability for Alvanda to create usable procedures FOR our users! And then, after getting usage data (of people actually following the procedure), that same AI can make IMPROVEMENT recommendations to those procedures! :)

Of course, there's still quite a bit to go for it to be THAT smart, but it's on our roadmap!
