Q: Contractor Guest Access Limits?
I am wondering if you can enable an "unlimited" guest tier for contractors / service providers. We are in the business of doing concierge storage, so basically renting locations from providers to put things in for our clients, and then have other vendors like drivers and dry cleaners clean or transport the items. These external vendors don't make our processes, but they do follow them. Can the allotment be unlimited for these vendors as we scale? Our employees should be part of the core user allotment for this deal.

Hmm, I think you can do that very easily with the embedded forms that are already on our roadmap!
Basically, your managers will create the flows within Alvanda, and they’ll be able to create public facing pages where external stakeholders can interact with those flows.
In your case, someone can use a flow to leave a package, and someone else can use another flow to pick up that package.
Internally, all the information would flow automatically.
And if you want to make changes to the flow, you can do so, and it would update all public pages automatically.
This has already been on our roadmap for a couple months now, so shouldn’t be too long until it goes live. :)
