Q: Hello.
I tested the app. For we are a design team working for our clients. All the tasks are dependent to projects. Could you add projects columns and all data could depend on projects? For we may have three similar tasks or progress, but they are belong to different projects.

May 15, 2024A: Hello James!
There are already multiple ways in which you can both set and view such project differences.
Firstly, even though every task has a Procedure assigned, we still built Task Names into the interface. This way, instead of having 3 tasks names "Issuing an Invoice", a company can have "Issue invoice for Nike", "Issue invoice for Samsung", and "Issue invoice for Microsoft".
As such, from the names of the tasks, you should already be able to tell who they're for.
Second, I highly recommend using Components. For example, a design team can have Client and Website Design Component. Within the Component Builder, you can set Statuses for each one of those Components.
For example, Client can have "Intake Form Completed", "Onboarding Call Held", "First Draft Created", etc.
And the Website Design Component can have "Team Allocated", "Home Page Draft Completed", etc.
Once you've created those Components, you can follow their progress in the Flows section.
As such, if you have 3 clients you're designing websites for simultaneously, those 3 clients will show up in the Flows section, at whatever Stage/Status they are. You'll just need to make sure you use those components within the Procedures you create.
Btw, if you'd like support setting up any part of your business on top of Alvanda, just email support@alvanda.com and the team will help you asap!
Thirdly, you can also use the Strategic Roadmaps Module within Alvanda, to define 1 Strategic Area per client. As such, whenever someone does tasks for a client, those tasks will show up in their respective client lists.
Finally, we're of course open to learning what else we can do to keep improving Alvanda. In your case, I haven't completely understood where the Projects column would be? But if you email support@alvanda.com, the team can get all the details of your idea and see what we can do!
Hope this helps, and have a productive week ahead!
(Btw, sorry it took a couple days to reply, I was off during this weekend :)
