Q: Hey Rikki, I was planning to buy BurnerMail but if you will be adding same features and fictionality and ...

Ease of use UI & UX (including toggle swither on and off auto generate email also custom burner emails) I would look into your deal making sure your domains don’t get black listed.

1. Is your MailBox system fully functional if we didn't want to forward it to any other service or use it instead of outlook?
2. What does it have end-to-end encryption like protonmail or better?
3. Does it have an option to Edit, Recall, resend like outlook does?
4. Can a send out email be set to be sent out with a delay?
5. Do you have IMAP and POP3?
6. Is lifetime Tech support included what is your SLA?
7. Are there any caches to make us buy more addon, extensions etc or everything will be included without any extra cost?
8. The emails sent directly out from your system with our custom domain would we have a feature to sent the mail box whitelabelled so the recipient does not see any reference of your company they only see ours including the email address.
9. Will the service have a whitelabel/rebranding/CNAME feature?
10. Do you have or will you be adding team management and subaccount?
11. What size of attachment’s can we send and receive?
12. Can we receive an item receipt?
13. Can set schedule email to be send out as well?
14. Is there a way to send out emails mark with different level of priorities?
15. Can we create Subfolder and filters to make sure the emails are organised with email colour tags?
16. Can we import and extort and merge duplicate emails and contacts easily?
17. Can we send out MMS and SMS text messages?
18. Will you be adding screen share and RDM?

It seems to me that this is not a solution intended to replace MS Outlook :)

But maybe for the future the SMTP / POP3 / IMAP support function could be interesting. Although I don't know if the most important thing now ...

I'd actually like to investigate the potential for this. Our underlying email provider doesn't support SMTP/real inboxes. It works "virtually" if that makes sense. It would be great if I could add a layer of functionality to essentially make SMTP work as you'd expect.

Hi UniversalDesignz!

1. Paced Email wasn't intended to be a fully functional email client per se, but a robust mailbox view has been developed that will be expanded upon going forward.
2. I use modern best security practices as explained here: https://www.paced.email/docs/security - I always strive to improve and review on an ongoing basis and have plans for future upgrades.
3. Outbound messages are currently queued for immediate delivery. I'd certainly consider adding in the ability to schedule sending to allow for editing within a certain time window. Great suggestion.
4. Not yet, but as mentioned in 3. this could be built-in.
5. SMTP and IMAP is currently not supported due to limitations/rules set by our underlying email service provider and their APIs.
6. Yes. Tech support for all!
7. Currently a Premium account opens up complete functionality. Free accounts have certain usage limits. No tricks, no catches.
8. If you use Paced Email domains, they are sent via our email service provider with the x.paced.email address. Custom domains based aliases use our email provider but come from your domain.
9. I'm currently making updates to allow for better account/team handling - this will eventually include white-labelling etc.
10. Yes, it's under active development!
11. An individual email message may not exceed the per-message size limit (including attachments) of 25MB.
12. Read receipts are not available and probably won't be for privacy reasons.
13. Covered in points 2 and 3!
14. Outbound email priorities are currently not supported.
15. This is a good suggestion and is currently on the roadmap!
16. You can send emails into Paced Email. Exporting is not currently built-in, but you have access to your original eml etc. I could potentially build in an exporter if there's enough of a demand for it.
17. MMS/SMS is outside of the scope of Paced Email.
18. Hmm, could you elaborate on this one? It sounds like it might be out of scope for the product as a whole.

Phew! Thanks for all the great questions, I hope my answers help!

Best,
Rikki
