Q: Where did email support go? Why do I need to request to upgrade to get BPMN2.0 and not just pay and go?
Reaching out here because email support address is not a working address. And contacting you through Whatsapp is frustrating. The process is not easy and I have not gotten it to work at my end. You have a very good product, but support is necessary especially since there are not a lot of resources in the app our out of the app to figure out how to set things up easily. Thanks
I do not see a way to configure an email to a new lead using an image, say .png or .jpg out of the automation sequences. Maybe I am missing something in the email module of the pipelines?
They have an API. You can contact them via their contact form to get the API documentations
Q: Are automations included in the all-in-one platform?
When I purchased this product automations were included in the platform but were not yet functional. I just saw that you want to charge $1 per month to access this feature. Shouldn't this be honored and included in the deal that was purchased?
A: Hi! Automation is included in all tiers and has always been available and functional. To set up automation, go to the pipeline, click on "Settings" in the upper right corner, then select "Board Settings." This will open the automation setup interface.
We’ve also launched a marketplace where we’ll feature new services, both our own and those from third-party developers. Currently, there’s a new service available: a BPMN 2.0 process visualization editor with automation capabilities. Please note that this service, along with everything else in the marketplace, is not included in any subscription plans—it’s an additional marketplace where users can purchase extras like telephony, Twilio, and much more.
I just tried to UPGRADE for $1 month to the BPMN 2.0 Automations. It was available a week or so ago. Now you have TO REQUEST ACCESS with a CTA button.

Disappointing. Good product in many aspects. Not much setup info and now support is virtually impossible.
