Q: Storage management

Hi AmyMind team,

I recently purchased your lifetime deal through AppSumo and I have some questions about storage management:

Could you explain how to efficiently manage the 500MB storage included in the plan? I'd also like to know if there's a way to check how much storage I've already used and how much is still available.

Q: Teams....

I dont feel its very clear how to use the program.

Is it cloud based or app/desktop based?

Is it possible to add a VA to a subaccount ? So that the VA dont have access to all my projects, And dont have access to information to vital information on my account such as; subscription, deleting account, etc.

And do you have a roadmap in English?

Q: Visibility on AI Action usage

Please advise when we would be able to track usage of the AI action credits? Although it is unlikely anyone would exceed that in a single day, it is always good to track our own usage patterns and stats.

Q: Language and pdf export not working correctly

Hello,
This app is accurate so far. I have a few issues.
1. I set my profile to English, but for each mindmap, I have to put it to English again. This is challenging because I have forgotten each time, as the default is auto, and it comes up in Spanish and Chinese when I don't change it. Pls fix it,
2. I exported my mind map to PDF, but it cuts 1/2 of the mind map off. What to do?
3. What is your customer service email?
4. I see that I can add a branch to the mind map. I enter my text, but I don't see a submit button. Please fix.
