Q: Hi!
I'm looking into using the software within my agency in Belgium (Flanders). So I'm wondering the next questions:
- Can I set the software completely to the language Dutch?
- Can I integrate Messenger and WhatsApp to the Livechat and furthermore in the helphub?
- Is it maybe a feature in the future to create a central inbox with every chat/e-mail for complete costumer support?
