The project is dead and no longer working.
That was an expensive and short-lived experience.
I set everything up to use answered.io as our support chat and FAQ platform. We implemented the service for three brands in total. After putting in a lot of effort to publish articles, now everything is gone.
No more login access, the widgets are all down, and our blog is unreachable.
It was just a complete waste of money. I’ve never experienced anything like this with AppSumo before!

Shortly after purchasing this service was suspended. It sounds as if a large reason they suspended service was due to appsumo pulling their listing. Now I can't get a response about a refund. As a plus member, I'm not pleased and losing trust in Appsumo.

What are Answered.so users doing now that the service was suspended? Pretty lame to just get a sorry, not sorry message from the founder. They act like it was out of their control but seem to have no issues funding their other product. The least they could do is transition paid users to their other product. So disappointed.

An advice that will undoubtedly be of great help. Allow us to put all the texts in the preferred language, so that it looks good.
And please let me customize the logo within the chat when replying. Their logo is beautiful, but it breaks with our own brands. Think about it. Make us even happier.

I dont normally bother to write reviews but felt compelled to for answered.so
If you are looking to provide a customer support feature in you app or website, then I 100% recommend this.
Its UI is amazingly easy to use and it really does do what it says on the tin !
I cant wait to see what else you build into it.
