That was an expensive and short-lived experience.

I set everything up to use answered.io as our support chat and FAQ platform. We implemented the service for three brands in total. After putting in a lot of effort to publish articles, now everything is gone.

No more login access, the widgets are all down, and our blog is unreachable.

It was just a complete waste of money. I’ve never experienced anything like this with AppSumo before!

Shortly after purchasing this service was suspended. It sounds as if a large reason they suspended service was due to appsumo pulling their listing. Now I can't get a response about a refund. As a plus member, I'm not pleased and losing trust in Appsumo.

What are Answered.so users doing now that the service was suspended? Pretty lame to just get a sorry, not sorry message from the founder. They act like it was out of their control but seem to have no issues funding their other product. The least they could do is transition paid users to their other product. So disappointed.

I bought T3, and I am very happy with the project. My need is very specific, and I tried 4 different chats and the quality of Answered is ideal for my project.
Congratulations, I see a great future for you.

An advice that will undoubtedly be of great help. Allow us to put all the texts in the preferred language, so that it looks good.

And please let me customize the logo within the chat when replying. Their logo is beautiful, but it breaks with our own brands. Think about it. Make us even happier.

If you are looking to provide a customer support feature in you app or website, then I 100% recommend this.
Its UI is amazingly easy to use and it really does do what it says on the tin !
I cant wait to see what else you build into it.

Answered.so is definitely one of the best AppSumo finds I've come across. It absolutely deserves 5 tacos! The software works quickly and efficiently, and I'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews and purchases. I love how customizable it is, and I can't wait for the live chat feature to come out.

I went for the Tier 3 option because I see a lot of potential in this tool. There are a couple of things that could be improved, though. In the Ask AI feature, you can't change the logo for the chatbot, which would be great if you could customize it with your company logo. Also, I wish it had a longer chat retention option.

Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and excited to see what's next!

Ok not sure why this tool is not getting more reviews, I really like the fact that it covers all my need; elegant chatbot widget, docs inside chat widget, and knowledge base... well and a blog..
but few things I notice and I hope they get improved (I still think its worth 5 tacos, assuming these can be easily improved)..
- the AI Chatbot is reletavely slow in comparison to other tools. I think also the backend queries are also slower (like when reloading, adding articles, etc).. but hope this can be optimized...
- the knoweldge base is great but hope in the future, we get feedback, dark mode, ..etc)

With the above in mind my guts tell me this will be a good tool, and so i got the Tier 3, and hope my guts will be correct ...good thing my guts get to be correct alot of the time :)

I was struggling with another product - not able to read my data accurately- and found this. This was so easy to use and set up and so far working like a dream. I am using this as a training bot and so far the ability of it to read my data and pull relevant resources is spot-on. I also like how there is a pre-planned question bank, suggested articles, and topic suggestions after the greeting. Really well done - can't wait to keep working with it. I think that the developer has definitely solved a problem in this space.

I've now browsed and played around over several weeks and can say that this product is built well from the ground up. I have no doubts that this product will have an interesting future ☺️
