That was an expensive and short-lived experience.

I set everything up to use answered.io as our support chat and FAQ platform. We implemented the service for three brands in total. After putting in a lot of effort to publish articles, now everything is gone.

No more login access, the widgets are all down, and our blog is unreachable.

It was just a complete waste of money. I’ve never experienced anything like this with AppSumo before!
