I purchased Tier 5 but I have the following questions:
1 - Is branding included?
2 - I couldn't find how to remove the branding in the settings, see the link: https://a.cl.ly/kpu2Gq8x
3 - Can I customize the URL?

1. Branding is optional for any paid tier.
2. In this page https://app.answerly.io/answerly/widget/other in the top right, there's a branding checkbox!
3. In this page https://app.answerly.io/answerly/widget/get-link in the top right there's a button that allows you to add custom domains for your agents1

I managed to make the suggested adjustments.
I only have two more questions that I haven't been able to resolve.
1 - I couldn't find where to add the bot's photo to appear in the reply profile. Where is it located?
2 - Is there an option to hide the "Accept / Decline" item in conversations?
3 - I would also like to remove the reaction options for replies with a thumbs up, copy, and audio that appear below the Accept and Decline buttons.
