Q: 4 Questions?

Good morning Andrew,

1. Can I embed or add form or link my site's form, so a user can fill that form and that converts into a ticket inside the AnyChat's CRM? If yes, please can you provide written/video tutorial for that?

2. If I get the agency plan, can I use custom domain for each customer's sub-domain?

3. You have mentioned about new UI and overall flow of the platform...when is this going to be launched? Any rough estimation of time?

4. Can I create a clickable Text Link inside the article for example on a website, to open the chat app too?

A: Hello.
1 - yes, you can do that. In the form settings, you need to enable "Create ticket on success". Please check this screenshot https://app.screencast.com/PuDj0QrNI0km5
2 - no, you can't use subdomains.
3 - we need about two weeks more to complete this task.
4 - yes, you can use custom element to open the chat widget. Please check this article for details https://docs.anychat.one/how-to/use-a-custom-html-element-to-open-the-widget-menu
