Q: After white label, can I use a custom domain (CNAME) for my agency dashboard & messaging system?
Hi Andrew, I’m planning to use AnyChat as a subscription-based service for my agency, where I will offer it to multiple clients with unlimited agents.
My question is related to my own agency setup (not individual end-clients): After enabling white label, will I be able to use a custom domain / CNAME for my agency dashboard, messaging (SMS/chat), and overall system?
I can't help but notice the name similarity to ManyChat. Are you planning to add more and more of the features that they have? I'm most interested in social automations (like Instagram/Facebook comments-to-DM and autoreply to page comments). And do you plan on adding Shopify integration to be able to access order info and deliver coupons, etc? If so, when is that planned for?
Q: how in the world can you support Unlimited Unlimited
I have never seen a tool on Appsumo be able to support Unlimited/Unlimited for any of their tools. They usually go out of business.

A: Well... we're still here. For almost 4 years. However, we plan to discontinue the Unlimited agency plan soon. Or at least we will change the unlimited plan rules.
