Q: Agent Permissions and other Questions

I am using anychat and I think it is great. I have 2 agents and I am the Admin.
I understand that Agents are able to see all chats.

1 - Is there an option to ONLY allow them to see chats ( threads ) assigned to them? If so, how and where can I set this permission?
2 - Is there a way to autoassign chats ( threads ) based on Tags or Icebreakers on all 3 channels, FB, IG and Live Chat?
3 - Can Icebreakers can have a second message after a few seconds or after a message was sent from customer? I did noticed a +plus sign to add another response under the same prompt. How does this work?
4 - If I connect a Flow to Icebreaker, what would be the right initial step on that Flow? Event Trigger, Bot Command or Ice Breaker?
5 - Bot Driven Chats are located in separated list on Desktop, not visible in Mobile App. Can they be autoassigned?
