Q: Ai capabilities and other questions
Hi,
I'm unsure of the Ai capabilities of the platform (once an API key is connected).
1)Can you 'train' a chatbot on URL's and documents for use in responses in ALL platforms (website, WhatsApp, Messengerj, Email) - or only certain platforms?
2)Are 'conversation flows' different from the Ai Open API training?
3)Are there any training or response limits?
4)What models are currently available and are there plans to connect more?
5)Can you set a limit on auto ai responses per chat so Open Ai costs are not wasted on bots?
6)Is 'retraining' done manually and then the new information deseminated across all channels?
7)Can a different Open API key be set per chatbot (or workspace) so we can use this for clients and they can billed for tokens?
8)What tiers is the Ai auto reply available on?
9)When will the unified widget be ready?

I was really hoping this would get answered, some good questions I'd also like to know the answer to.
I'm hoping that some clarity will be given, especially on the the 'training of Ai' vs 'flows' as I really like the platform.
