Q: Allowing/disallowing/customising pages on your site
Hi Andrew,
1) In the past with chat widgets I have used code globally and been able to disallow certain pages that I don't want the widget to appear on. How does Anychat best deal with that....can you do that or is it best just to install the widget on individual pages only.
2) I also wondered if you can make a widget have a different flow for each page. Or would you need to create specific widgets for each page in that case?
3) can you easily pull help articles from knowledge base as "cards" into a chat?
4) Will Anychat detect an existing contact and not repeatedly ask for name/email on pre-chat form for subsequent chats? ie does the pre-chat form only appear on first chat?
5) Did I read that live video calls are in the future?
6) is "average response time" calculated by Anychat
Thanks so much and sorry for so many questions :)

1 - In the widget's advanced settings, you can prevent certain pages from appearing.
2 - This depends on how distinct the flows are. Sometimes you can simply conceal some items on specific pages. If that's insufficient, you can create a separate widget for different pages.
3 - Yes, but currently only a live agent can handle that, as it's not yet possible with the bot.
4 - Yes, the pre-chat form appears only once by default. However, you can choose to display it for each new chat with the same customer.
5 - Yes, we have a plan for that.
6 - Yes, but at the moment, you can only view the average time for your own account. We will soon introduce a breakdown by agents.
