I am currently evaluating AnyChat as a potential alternative to ManyChat.
Could you please let me know whether the following features are already available or planned on your roadmap?
* Instagram DM keyword automation
* Comment-to-DM automation
* Automated lead magnet delivery via DM
* Multi-step DM funnels and follow-up sequences
* Story reply automations
* Webinar/event registration workflows
These marketing automation features are very important for my business.
In addition, GDPR compliance is essential. Could you please confirm:
* GDPR compliance status
* Data storage location (EU or non-EU)
* Availability of a DPA
* GDPR compliance of AI features
Is AnyChat planning to compete with ManyChat in the marketing automation space, or is the primary focus customer communication and support?

GDPR presents two issues to address:
1) the host region of the solution,
and
2) the processing location.
The first point has probably already been solved.
However, the issue of a company operating from Ukraine, which is not within the European Union, is problematic.
