Q: Automatic replies to comments on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads?
Hi Team, I'm interested in the deal! I have a specific question about social automation: Does AnyChat currently support automatic replies to comments on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads? If so, can it also send an automated private message (DM) to the user who commented? Thanks

At this moment, we are not supporting TikTok.
For Facebook and Instagram ads targeting "Direct Message," you can set up automation. We will also implement comments automation soon.
