Q: Bot Responding to Messages Sent by Our Team (Not Just Clients), how to fix it?
I’ve noticed an issue with our Instagram chatbot: it’s replying to messages sent by me and my team — not just by actual clients.
This is creating confusion in our inbox and disrupting internal workflows. We’d like the bot to only respond to external users, not to any messages we send manually from our end.
Is there a setting, condition, or filter we should apply to avoid this behavior?
