This was previously answered by Andrew Maruschenko who said: 1) Yes — you can increase the agents per client. Go to the Agency clients section, open the three‑dot menu for the client, choose 'Edit plan features', and change the 'Chat agents count limit' in the Team section. 2) Yes — you can route ChatGPT chat requests to specific departments by adding custom functions and connecting each to a separate 'Invite agent' action, then selecting the department in each 'Invite agent' action.
