Go to the Agency clients section, open the three‑dot menu for the client, choose 'Edit plan features', and change the 'Chat agents count limit' in the Team section. 2) Yes — you can route ChatGPT chat requests to specific departments by adding custom functions and connecting each to a separate 'Invite agent' action, then selecting the department in each 'Invite agent' action.
