Q: Can I not use the live agent feature??
We would like to add a widget to our customers websites as a complimentary bonus. We would'nt use the live agent or live chat feature. Is the tier 1 good enough for us as it offers unlimited widgets and websites?
Branding is hidden right?

Dec 2, 2024A: Yes, if you don't want to use live chat, you can install the widget on your clients' websites. The branding is removed in the tier 1.
