Hi i just want to know this before purchasing and it fullfills my need or not?
1. if someone whatsapp me then AI will automatically responses to that person from the knowledgebase?
2. Does the knowledgebase has option to import or fetch data from PDF & website URL ?
3. Do i need to store response for each question the user will ask on whatsapp or AI will tackle the query and understand it and then gives the response itself

1 - yes, you can connect AI to WhatsApp
2 - yes, you can use internal knowledge base, files (PDF, MD, etc..) and website links to train AI
3 - AI will retrieve responses from your knowledge base, but you must describe everything in detail for AI to deliver accurate answers.
