Q: 📨Editing emails/tickets
This needs some work.

They are treated like regular Chat conversations. What I mean is that in email you can format text, make bullets bold, italic text.

It would also be nice to have a view like in Gmail or Outlook where you can see more context of the text.

Tickets also lack the option of Internal messages 📝
i.e. those that will not go to the customer and will only be seen by the staff.
