Hi! I'd like to know if you plan to implement a Kanban-style board where conversations are automatically placed in the first column when they start, or if they have a tag, they're automatically placed in the corresponding column. Being able to manage them in columns would greatly improve visibility and control of the conversations.

Will you be creating more comprehensive tutorials? This would help people better understand the platform and take full advantage of its features. I feel the current documentation doesn't describe the steps very well.

This tool already deserves a 100% rating, based on the price, and if you implement the aforementioned feature, it would be a huge improvement over what it currently offers.
