1. In the Growth Plan, what is the meaning of Unlimited Workspaces? (Can I sell the workspace to my clients? If yes, then what is the difference between the Growth Plan and the Agency Plan? If not, what is the use of the unlimited Workspace?
2. I see that we can integrate the WhatsApp Business API. May I know the features available?
2.1. Can we run a Bulk Campaign using WhatsApp Business API? (Unlimited Contacts / How many)?
2.2. Do we have Team Inbox (Agent) for WhatsApp Business API?
2.3. Is there a Drip Campaign, WhatsApp Chat Bot, WhatsApp Flows, and WhatsApp eCommerce (Payments)? If not, any roadmap for getting these features into the same plan in the future?
2.4. Any insights (like read, delivered, failed)?
2.5. Any markup fees? if In future, how much would it be?

1 - Growth plan is not an Agency plan. You can't resell workspaces. All workspaces are listed under the same account. So that account will have a single login. Hovewer you can use an unlimited number of workspaces to manage all your businesses (each in a separate workspace).
2. WhatsApp API includes all features for conversations (send and receive messages, media, files, ACK of the message), free-form messages, templates management, and campaigns.
2.1 - Yes, you can run campaigns for unlimited contacts. You can use CSV, Google Sheets, JSON, or internal (Anychat) contacts as a source of the contacts list.
2.2 - Yes, you will have a team inbox
2.3 - At this moment, we are working to expand our chatbot builder to the WhatsApp API platform. eCommerce is on our to-do list. All those features will be included in the Growth plan.
2.4 - Yes, we have ACK status
2.5 - No, we don't have markup fees at this moment. We may implement markup fees later but it's not planned for this year.
