A: Sorry, the current pricing is confusing. Basically, we have 3 tiers:
1 - Multisite (1 code)
2 - Basic agency (2 codes)
3 - Unlimited agency (3 codes)

If you buy 3-5 codes, you can have basic agency + some credits on your internal balance to buy extra features like chat agents or chat flows.
So the flow is as follows:
- You redeem all of your codes.
- For the first code you will activate the Multisite plan.
- Each next code will add $18 credits to your account.
- You can spend your credits to buy extra features (like chat agents, agency clients, chat flow) (this is not applicable for Unlimited agency as all those features are included).

The most popular plan is tier 6 - you will get unlimited agency, which means you will have an unlimited number of clients and chat agents.
In this case, after you redeem all your codes, you will have $90 on your balance and you'll be able to buy unlimited agency using your credits.

All plans are lifetime (each user has their plan for 100 years in our database), and there are no additional payments.
