Q: Hello AnyChat Team, Welcome to the AppSumo Marketplace.
First, I am impressed, and I would like to congratulate the AnyChat team on this fantastic solution!
I am interested in the Unlimited Agency plan, but I want you to please address the following questions to see if the AnyChat platform is a good fit for my use case:
1. What is the difference between the AnyChat and Boei (Another AppSumo App)?
2. Most of my global business customers are from the Middle East and Africa, and the Arabic language is critical for my online business. Does the AnyChat platform support Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic? If yes, do you have a demo?
3. I am using a plugin called TranslatePress https://translatepress.com/ to translate the site from English to Arabic and vice versa. Can the AnyChat WordPress plugin detect the language of the website? Would you please let me know if the TranslatePress plugin will be supported?
4. Can the AnyChat platform be fully white-labeled? E.g., My Company Logo, Email Notifications (SMTP), Custom Domains/CNAME, etc.?
5. Any plans to intergrate with other AppSumo platforms such as Consolto, Bit Integrations, KonnectzIT, vBout, WishPond, Acumbamail, and INBOX platforms?
6. Does the AnyChat platform have integration with WordPress? If yes, does the AnyChat platform have a WordPress plugin?
7. Will the AnyChat platform affect the speed of my corporate website?
Much love to the team, and I wish you all success!
Thank you & looking forward to hearing from you.

May 15, 2024A: Hello.
Sorry for the delay.
1 - we have some features that Boei doesn't have: chatbot builder, and live chat. Now working on CRM, ticketing, and knowledge base.
2 - no, sorry, we don't support Arabic and RTL yet.
3 - our WordPress plugin simply installs the embed code to your WordPress site. The rest is up to anychat platform.
4 - yes, you can use your domain, logo, brand name, customize templates. We are working to make it more customizable.
5 - yes, we have a lot of plans to integrate with other services.
6 - as I mentioned before, we have a WordPress plugin, but at this moment it's only functionality is to install embed code to WordPress website. In the future we will extend WordPress integration.
7 - no, the WordPress plugin will not slow down the website.
