Basically, our concept is different than a single live chat service. We creating an all-in-one tool for customer support. But we are yet in the early stage.
There are some key features that Tawk.to doesn't have:
- multichannel. You can use several channels, not only live chat. For example, you can add Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and live chat to one multichannel menu.
- forms. You can add forms to the multichannel menu. We have some pre-defined forms, but you also can add your own forms with a custom set of fields.
- chatbot. Recently we have added a chatbot designer. It allows you to create a powerful chatbot with custom actions at each step of it. You can connect the chatbot with other tools via Pabbly, Zappier, or similar services. You also can integrate it with ChatGPT.

Our nearest plans:
- create a single inbox. It will allow you to receive messages from all major platforms (like Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc...) in anychat inbox. You also will be able to respond from anychat to those platforms.
- create a ticketing system (for support tickets)
- integrate with major e-commerce platforms. You will be able to attach products, check orders, etc... to live chat messages
