Q: Hi, Just activate the unlimited agency, couple of questions: 1.

To respond to live chat it needs to be via the website? Or do you also offer mobile and desktop apps?
2. The inbox is only for livechat or can it be integrated with Meta (FB, IG), Telegram, etc... ?
3. I saw on the ChatFlow i saw the GPT integration.. can i train the bot with my URL/PDF/Long text? I only see a small box for instructions, also in the options i didn't see an option to choose which GPT model to use...

A: Hello,
1 - at this moment we don't have a mobile app. But you can set up Telegram integration, so you can reply from Telegram to LiveChat
2 - for now, the inbox displays only livechat messages. We already working on the integration with Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other messengers
3 - sorry, we have integration with GPT3. As you may know, this version can't use internet resources to train. You can insert a text with up to 60.000 symbols in that field.

3. I think that's around 8k words, right? It would be extremely cool to have the ability to read websites/pdfs to use as training data (https://github.com/Anil-matcha/ChatPDF and https://github.com/Anil-matcha/Website-to-Chatbot are opensource projects on how to implement these functionalities)

1 - you can connect telegram to each agent.
2 - ETA is 10-15 June
3 - great! I'll check those tools. Maybe we can implement something similar.
