Q: Hi!
Two questions:
1. Will chatbot/chatflows work with all the connected channels on the inbox or is it only for the internal Live Chat? (it if does work for all channels will be amazing)
2. Do you have an ETA for the CRM, Ticketing and email inbox launch? I've read you are reestructuring a lot and that's ok, but will be nice to have an idea of the current ETA.

Sep 9, 2024A: 1 - Currently, the chat flow operates with LiveChat, WhatsApp, and Telegram. We are working on expanding it to other platforms.
