Q: I purchased this twice so I’m assuming i have two codes.
Where can i find out how many codes are needed so i can have the multi site plan , and then how many codes do i need so i can have the agency plan ?

If you need a basic agency, then you need 2 codes in total.
If you need the unlimited agency, then you need to have 6 codes in total.
So you need to activate the first code to have a multisite plan and then redeem all the rest codes. Those extra codes will be redeemed to your internal account balance. Then you can buy a basic or unlimited agency via an internal account balance.

Ok so i successfully bought the agency account with the 2 codes . So i just purchased the additional 4 codes and have a balance of $72 but it doesn’t give me option to purchase. It still says i need to buy pro or multi site plan but i already purchased and activated it
