Q: In order to reply to someone contacting you via e.
g. Facebook, telegram, chat, etc - do you just login to the Anychat dashboard and reply there?
Or do you need to login to e.g. your Facebook or telegram to reply there?
How many of your staff can have their own login to the dashboard to reply?

No, sorry, you can't reply from anychat to other messaging apps.
We are already working on that feature, so soon you can reply to WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, and Line from anychat.

In the basic agency plan, you can add up to 5 chat agents. In the unlimited agency, you can have unlimited chat agents.
