Can I integrate my existing WhatsApp Business account into AnyChat and if yes, then use the AI and have my customer inquiries automatically answered via WhatsApp using triggers or do I have to integrate a new WhatsApp number of my own, as is the case with ManyChat? I would also like to know whether, in addition to the one-off payment when purchasing AnyChat, there are any other monthly fees such as credits for messages (WhatsApp etc.) or when using AI?

Yes, you can use an existing WhatsApp account.
There is no monthly fee.
We are not charging for WhatsApp, but Meta can.
We also not charging for AI, but you should have a paid (for stable functionality) OpenAI account.

What is the Internal: Apps for agency ($100 first one, $20 extras)? Is this why I can't seem to find anything about how to set up an client on the platform? I can find the CRM etc and set up a widget on their website with all their different contact options, but how do you actually set up a client so they can use the App and reply to their enquiries in one place? Isn't this the whole purpose?
