Q: Is the solution suitable for resell?

As agency/consultant can this solution be used as reselller solution, with white-label and self-serv to SMB's? I am looking at the more pricier plan but the limit of 25 agents left me in doubt.

Can you please clarify?

A: Sorry, the Growth tier is not the agency plan.

Hello! I hope you are having a wonderful week. I am writing to kindly follow up on a couple of support tickets I submitted regarding the white-label setup process. I completely understand how busy your support queue can get, and sometimes messages might slip into spam or experience delays, so I wanted to gently check in to make sure my inquiries reached your team. Could you please take a brief look when your schedule permits? Any guidance or update you can provide would be deeply appreciated. Thank you so much for your time, patience, and dedication!
Hello AnyChat team, Years ago I used BoldChat, which had a feature I found very useful: as an agent, I could see anonymous visitors browsing my website in real time. A visitor did not need to click a chat button or start a conversation first. From the operator dashboard, I could select a particular visitor and manually initiate a chat with them. A message/invitation would then appear to that visitor while they were browsing the site. If they ignored my first invitation but remained on the website, I could also manually send another invitation later. I am not asking about an automatic proactive message or a ChatFlow triggered after X seconds. I do not want any chat button visible on the website by default. Does AnyChat currently support this exact workflow for website visitors? Thank you!
