Q: Knowledge public

Why is the information in the agent section set to private? I don't know how to make it public. Could you please guide me?

A: To switch the knowledge base article access to public, please enter edit mode, navigate to the "Page" tab (on the left sidebar), and expand the "Access settings" option. Then select "Public" and save the article.
